Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any service provided by Metric Music ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Metric Music provides artist channel-management services for independent musicians, including but not limited to:
• YouTube Official Artist Channel (OAC) setup
• Spotify for Artists profile claim assistance
• Apple Music for Artists profile claim assistance
• Monthly management retainer services (YouTube SEO, Instagram growth, smart links, analytics reports)
• Smart link creation and analytics
• Shareable artist profile pages

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are an original music creator or authorised representative of one, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Artist Setup Pack is a one-time payment of ₹4,999 (inclusive of all taxes) for the setup of your Official Artist Channel, Spotify for Artists claim, and Apple Music for Artists claim.

Management Retainer is billed monthly. You will receive a payment link each month. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in suspension of management services.

All payments are processed via Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Artist Setup Pack: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no work has been initiated. Once we have begun the OAC or Spotify claim process, no refund is available as services involve third-party platform applications that cannot be reversed.

Monthly Retainer: No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations. You may cancel your retainer at any time; service will continue until the end of the paid period.

To receive our services effectively, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information about your artist profiles and platforms
• Grant necessary access to your YouTube channel when required for OAC setup
• Maintain an active presence on the platforms we manage
• Respond to our team's communications within 5 business days
• Not attempt to circumvent platform terms of service on any of the integrated platforms

Your music, artwork, and content remain entirely your intellectual property. By providing content to Metric Music for management purposes, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, publish, and promote your content on your behalf as part of the services. We do not claim ownership of any artist content.

We provide professional guidance and best-effort management services. We cannot guarantee specific results such as playlist placements, follower counts, or stream numbers, as these are influenced by platform algorithms and audience behaviour outside our control. Historical growth metrics are illustrative, not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metric Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to the portal will be revoked and your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
